Forging Your Truth With Scott Beltz



Scott Beltz is the CEO of Nurture Culture. Based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Scott is redefining what it means to create culture! We had the chance to ask Scott a few questions about his story as an entrepreneur.

How did you start your entrepreneurial journey?

The creative journey is a life long process. The entrepreneurial spirit is within all of us. We must make a decision; to work for another, or to set out on our own. I’ve been blessed to have a supportive family. They’ve helped to encourage me to build upon my vision. My vision is for a world which upholds Truth, and it came to me roughly 3 years ago.

When did you decide to take it to the next level?
An opportunity arose in November of 2019. I had recently been working a 50 hour per week part time job to support the growth of my entrepreneurial endeavors. It was apparent Nurture Culture wouldn’t be able to grow without finances, time, and effort. Due to these warranted needs, I chose to research coworking spaces to follow up on a recommendation made by an associate. SoBeCoWorks was the first and last place I visited. Within 48 hours of the visit, I had a Partner Desk membership and the ability to go full-time. This helped tremendously in taking Nurture Culture’s operations to the next level.

What is your cause?

My cause is upholding Truth. At Nurture Culture, we are working diligently to identify toxicity, and subsequently provide the correct solutions for organizations to overcome their team environments’ gaps and resistance. As I grow in my professional endeavors, I envision lending a hand towards numerous causes. The primary cause I am backing is the prevention of human trafficking. As long as I breathe, it will be my goal to prevent our future generations from living in a realm of existence which blocks them from liberty, abundance, and communication.

What is your mission?

My mission is to wield the Sword of Truth. Some say the Truth hurts, although I believe it is a release. A release of burden from conformity, deception, and an egotistical state of being. We are all human, and we have our faults. However, when we strive to be better than the day before, together, our collective vision for unity becomes more real and concrete.

Have you achieved any goals?

Thankfully, we have made numerous strides at Nurture Culture during the pandemic restrictions. I’ve grown personally and professionally as a result. We had set a goal to continue to acquire clients, even during this uncertain time, and we were able to help solidify their personal Manifestos! I have still not attained my primary goal of cultural unity for our world. This goal may not be attainable in my lifetime, but I will be continuing on to create the foundation for a world where all peoples’ cultures are respected and cherished.

What does the future hold for you?

The future is before my eyes every second, and the past is always following me. The only moment is the eternal now. Like a bow, every moment you are concurrently pulling the string to prepare the kinetic to fire forward while also firing forward at full force. My future holds no bounds, provided I have our team, the Greatest of All Time, by my side every step of the way.
